I created a series of posters for Starlink Qatar, a leading e-commerce brand in the country. The goal was to assist and motivate their employees in making better decisions. They requested posters that highlighted common cognitive biases, which can impact judgment and decision-making.
Cognitive bias posters are designed to raise awareness of these thinking errors (such as Confirmation Bias, Anchoring, and the Sunk Cost Fallacy). By visually displaying these biases, the posters help improve critical thinking and encourage better decision-making in both professional and personal contexts. These posters were displayed throughout the office premises to foster a more thoughtful and informed work environment.
